Heart Value Study

Connecting to Our Heart

Lately, I been researching about the heart. I been writing some notes in order to find the deeper meaning to connection of the heart.  I have some notes I been developing :

* What if the heart connects to being hurt/ torn when it comes to relationships and friendship. Somehow we can always repair it by stitch from a needle, or glue together.

* Heart connects to our soul, keeps us living, even though we have a short lifespan that why it is precious, fragile, like a child or infant. It beats all the time and keep us motivated.

* It connects to our emotion how feel when we mad, sad, happy, and not sure something. It creates instinct because we are listening to our heart and it is trustworthy.

* Keeps us alive and live a good life even though we will faces challenges in our life


Remember there is reason why people who we trust or care about us tells to listen our heart most.

To me heart connect to emotions, we will face ups and downs in our lifetime but, there is always hope to repair or cure us.
